What is your return policy?
Because each shirt is custom printed when you order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size issues or change of mind.
What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please email us at tshirtsforthesoulllc@gmail.com within 14 days with photos. We’ll send you a free replacement.
What if my package is lost in the mail?
If tracking shows your order is lost or hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, we’ll ship a replacement free of charge.
Do you guarantee delivery before Halloween?
Orders placed after October 20th may not arrive by Halloween. We recommend ordering early to avoid shipping delays.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Sorry, because items are made to order, we cannot offer size exchanges. Please check the size chart before ordering.
